Meet Wes

Wes, founder and owner of WesCo Window Coverings in Phoenix, Arizona, brings a wealth of experience, dedication, and leadership to his work. Growing up in a small town in rural Ohio, Wes was actively involved in sports, excelling in football, track, and baseball. He carried his love for football into college, where he briefly played at the collegiate level before shifting his focus to a calling in the U.S. Navy.

Wes enlisted in 1985 and began his 13-year military career. His commitment and skill eventually led him to Navy Special Warfare Group TWO. His time in the Navy allowed him to see the world and cultivate the discipline and resilience that would later drive his success in business.

After completing his service in 1998, Wes moved to Arizona in 1999 to be closer to his sister. He joined Enterprise Rent-A-Car, quickly advancing to Area Sales Manager. However, in 2005, Wes was introduced to the window covering industry through a friend, sparking a new passion. Eager to explore this field, he transitioned fully into the industry, spending nearly two decades in leadership roles with top companies before founding WesCo.

With WesCo Window Coverings, Wes combines his industry expertise with a personal commitment to quality and customer service. He takes pride in helping Arizona homeowners find stylish, functional solutions that enhance their spaces and provide comfort and privacy. Wes also enjoys partnering with clients to offer the personalized service he believes in.

Beyond his career, Wes is a devoted father to five children, with three living nearby in Arizona, one in Michigan, and one in London. He continues to enjoy football and stays connected to his roots, balancing his dedication to family, business, and the values that have shaped him over the years.
