LIMITED AND UNLIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY

General Warranty Terms

This warranty applies exclusively to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. It covers defects in materials and craftsmanship under normal residential use. Proof of purchase is required to file any warranty claims.

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear, including but not limited to edge fraying on fabric-based products.

  • Misuse, abuse, or failure to follow product care instructions.

  • Modifications, alterations, or improper installation not performed by WesCo Window Coverings.

  • Damage due to excessive moisture, exposure to extreme temperatures, fire, or acts of nature.

  • Any commercial or rental property use (unless specified otherwise in writing).


Product-Specific Warranties

Plantation Shutters – Unlimited Lifetime Warranty

Coverage:

  • Discoloration, including yellowing, fading, or greying.

  • Product operation, including tilt mechanisms and magnetics.

  • Installation-related defects.

  • Structural integrity, including warping or cracking.

Exclusions:

  • Any misuse, modifications, or alterations not performed by WesCo Window Coverings.


Roller Shades, Zebra Shades, and Cellular Shades – Limited Lifetime Warranty

Coverage:

  • Discoloration, including yellowing, fading, or greying.

  • Standard product operation, including cordless and cord-tilt mechanisms.

  • Installation-related defects.

  • Motorized units include a 10-year warranty on the motor and lithium battery.

Exclusions:

  • Normal wear and tear, including edge fraying and standard wear from handling.

  • Any misuse, modifications, or alterations not performed by WesCo Window Coverings.


Barn Doors – Unlimited Lifetime Warranty

Coverage:

  • Discoloration, including yellowing, fading, or greying.

  • Product operation, including floor guides and tracking mechanisms.

  • Installation-related defects.

  • Structural integrity, including warping or cracking.

Exclusions:

  • Any misuse, modifications, or alterations not performed by WesCo Window Coverings.


Claim Process

To file a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact WesCo Window Coverings at (602) 695-7037 or info@wescowindowcoverings.com with a description of the issue and proof of purchase.

  2. Provide clear photos of the affected product for evaluation.

  3. If approved, WesCo Window Coverings will determine whether to repair or replace the defective product.

  4. In some cases, replacement parts may be provided instead of full product replacement.

Please allow reasonable processing time for warranty claims.


Limitation of Liability

This warranty is the sole and exclusive remedy for defects in materials or workmanship. Under no circumstances shall WesCo Window Coverings be liable for incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to labor costs, installation fees, or loss of use of the product.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary by state.
